Hike one of the Seven Sisters with hostel staff.

Annual Rib Cook-Off -- Cast your vote for the best local ribs as local
restaurants compete to grill up the tastiest around. Downtown, 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.

I Madonnari Italian Street Painting
Festival -- Watch artists turn the streets and sidewalks into an art
gallery using only chalk. Mission Plaza, 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Independence Day Celebration -- Visit the town-wide barbecue and fireworks
display in SLO or the parade and sand sculpture contest in nearby Cayucos.

-- Listen to Mozart and other classical composers performed by world-class

-- Take in a true American experience at our mid-state fair, where you might
see anything from cowboys riding bulls to berry pie contests. Paso Robles.

Halloween at the Hostel -- Carve jack-o-lanterns at the hostel and try our
homemade pumpkin pie.
